They give you no indication that they do not have items in stock when you purchase them. For the past three orders I have had to contact them 7 days past purchase to inquire about my status. At the height of Covid, delays were fully understandable, now they use it as an excuse. I finally cancelled my last order and went with their competitor, had my items in 3 days.
