No contact, no updates

Order placed 6 days ago.
No contact through email or phone.
Website is down with message "we are coming back soon"

Update: 15 days later and still no respond. I will never buy from them
again.

Update 2: Dear "Beauty scent" If you decided to shutdown your business, maybe you can kindly do a refunds for orders that you never shipped?

This store is completely down and there is now way to contact them. Waste of money and time.

Super Long Wait Time & Poor Communication

The only thing that worked smoothly was the payment...

I placed my order 11 days ago and received a confirmation email the same day. Since then, complete silence. I've emailed them twice to ask about the status of my order and expected delivery date, but I haven’t received any response.

At this point, I have no idea if my order will ever be fulfilled or if I’ve just been scammed out of my money.

Save yourself the frustration—shop elsewhere.

Update: I received my order after 16 days after purchase.

I have not gotten an update on my order…

I have not gotten an update on my order (4325) since I bought it and they’re not responding to emails!

Terrible service don’t buy from them

I made an order with them on the 14th of January for my wife’s birthday on the 20th. They claimed fast delivery. I have still not received the order. I have emailed them several times, called them several times and had no response other than auto replies. No sign of my order or shipping info over 2 weeks after purchase and no follow up from support. Completely unacceptable

Poor Customer Service

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I had placed my order from Beautyscent.se and it has been 12 days. They have provided no update, I dont know if I will ever get my order. They don't respond to calls or emails.

Update, 6th Feb 2025: It has been about 24 days. I have no updates on my order. The day I posted this review, I was contacted by them and told that I would receive it by next Wednesday which was 29th Jan 2025. After that they have not responded to my calls or messages. I was told I can track my order on their website, but it does not have any tracking feature. I can only see the details of my order. This is quite bad and it feels like writing reviews here is the only way that they will listen to me. Imagine waiting 25 days to get an order delivered. I am just surprised what is happening here.
Update: 11/02/2025: I received my package from Beautyscent. It was nice to get my order.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience with Beautyscent. I placed an order well in advance, trusting their promise of delivery within 4 business days as stated on their website. However, not only was my order not delivered on time, but they also completely ignored my follow-up emails.

This order was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but thanks to their incompetence and lack of communication, it didn’t arrive in time and is now useless.

Their customer service is non-existent. They don’t respond to inquiries, leaving customers in the dark. If they cannot fulfill orders as promised, the least they can do is communicate with their customers and offer solutions.

I will never shop from Beautyscent again and cannot recommend them to anyone. If you value your time and money, avoid this store at all costs.

Update:
After posting my initial review, Beautyscent contacted me and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. They explained that their team was overwhelmed during the busy holiday season and assured me that this was an isolated issue. They also processed a refund promptly, which I appreciate.

While my experience was frustrating, their professional and polite response shows that they value their customers and are willing to make things right. I hope they improve their communication and processes in the future to avoid similar situations.
