First of all I always check the return policy of companies, this company said (paraphrasing) don’t like it no worries we got you. Well what they fail to tell you is first, if ordering in the US it’s a beautyfrombees.us website leading you to believe there is a business in the US; second, the product is then shipped from an address in New York; third, if you return something it goes to Canada and you have to pay for all shipping costs including any “potential” customs fees! They give you a box number to ship it to which means only returning via USPS. also once the package hits customs there is no way to track it from there (according to the postal service). So if BFB claims to never get the return you are out of a refund plus whatever the shipping costs. As for the product themselves the shampoo and conditioner were horrible, the body serum and cream are just meh, haven’t used the magnesium oil yet but betting it probably isn’t great either.

Love everything I've gotten from this company! Mascara, blush, shampoo, conditioner and body serum (my favorite!). Of course I'd love to pay less but you're paying for genuine clean products that work.
All of the negative reviews here from Jen over and over seem like a competitor or she's bitter about something else as she's made multiple comments on the same purchase for some reason.

I'm really enjoying the body oil, shimmer body oil, and body cream. I've been using them for months. Love the smell and the hydration of all 3!

I tried the shampoo and conditioner and loved those as well, but they're a bit pricey, so I've been trying to find something similar that's more economical but haven't found anything great so far.

I'm curious about trying the makeup next but am hoping to see a few reviews on that first.

Really nice nourishing body serum. Very rich and moisturizing.
I was a bit concerned when it took just over a week for my order to arrive as on the Shop app it showed as not having shipped, so I emailed customer service to check. They responded within 24 hours with an updated tracking number on Flashbird, but the package also arrived on the same day. Overall pleasant experience ordering (guess I could have been a little more patient!) and I like their products so far.

Great and fast costumer service!

Absolutely love their products! It's rare to find body care that is pure, natural and without any harmful ingredients -but Beauty from Bees is a different company. As long as they keep making their products, I will keep ordering. Excellent company, excellent product and awesome custom service. I highly recommend them. My skin has never felt better.

I ordered a few things to try because the ingredients looked great. I’m so impressed so far! Everything smells and feels amazing on my skin. It is a higher price point but I want clean quality products on my body and my baby.

I had high hopes and was trying different items. I was very interested in the foundation so I wanted to order the samples in different shades - 3 samples but they wanted to charge me 12.95 for shipping $6.00 worth of products. I am in Edmonton so they suggested to go to some retailers that are here, I tried them all and none carried foundation. I explained that to company but nothing could be done. That disappointed me so unfortunately I will not be trying more of their products.
