I will start by saying that their customer service is top notch and their products are even better. I feel rest assured that when I use their products I'm getting the cleanest products you can find on the market with great quality and healthy ingredients. My skin and my hair feel so healthy after using their products and the best part .. they are a Canadian company so one more reason to support them. Keep up the great work!

So far everything I've ordered has been wonderful! The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing and leave my hair feeling clean, not heavy. The body serum makes my skin feel incredible! I've ordered some more products and am anxious to switch my skin care system to this wonderful line!

Just placed an order over the weekend and forgot to put the discount code in. Sent Beauty from Bees an email on the weekend...got an immediate reply and first thing Mon morning they sent me a refund for the value of the discount. Now that is 5 star customer service! Haven't even talked about the products...which I love! Gifted the serum to girlfriends as part of a holiday gift and they are all die hard fans now as well! Love a clean CANADIAN product.

Beauty from Bees has ended up being my favorite go to place for the best skin products. The Vanilla body serum is to die for. The smell and the luxurious feeling on my skin. The face oil and lip serum are my top three favs.

This company's digital marketing ads kept popping up on my social feeds and caught my attention. I had a look at the reviews, the product offerings, including ingredients, and thought yes! They're from CANADA so let's support them! The products I received are daily staples now, my skin feels better and their customer service, including quick replies, was superb. Highly recommend!!!

Buyer Beware! The Body Serum is absolutely disgusting and goopy. I applied the serum after my shower on damp skin after shaking the bottle as recommended and it was so awful that it would soak into my clothes and leave oily marks.
When I tried to send it back for a full refund, they told me that I had to send from the US back to Canada and pay for shipping plus any customs fees. It was just easier to eat my $30.
TOTAL SCAM waste of money and time with this business.

Shipping is fast.Body serum makes my skin soft love the orange scent.The face oil hydrates my aging skin and works great under foundation. I have both oils.

Like there products. But the shipping experience was less than desirable. Address and postal code were correct in the receipt. Shipper tried 3 times to deliver to an address that was open all 3 times but they said we were closed. Called to have Beauty From Bees look into it. To be clear the address and postal code were always correct. However I was asked for my home postal code not the shipping address postal code when discussing the shipping issue so now I am being told it is a wrong postal code issue and am being asked to pay 20.00 more. For what exactly. The bottom line Shipper did not deliver the parcel. The address and postal code were correct on the order not happy at all!!!!!

Update - my order was shipped again to the same address, and this time it was delivered without issue. Thank you for taking care of a customer that will return, I do like your products.

Love the body serum, Lime obsession smells sooo good. I’m on my second bottle and yes it makes my skin look and feel great! The best of the best🤍

I recently purchased the Beauty From Bees Dead Sea mask. Although it is a little messy to work with, it was well worth the effort. After I rinsed it off, I couldn't believe how soft my face was. Although the jar might seem a little small, a little bit of this product goes a long way. Pro tip: Rinse it off in the shower. Don't try to remove it with a face cloth.

On the assurance from them that their products were very gentle, I ordered and received a mascara. I used the mascara for one day and my eyes became swollen but gave it a second chance, and it happened again. i told the company and they sent me a form to fill out giving my thoughts on the product, not an apology nor offer to refund my money. I am quite upset about this and that I trusted the company and took them at their words. I don't like that I was sent a form to fill out giving my assessment of the product instead of offering to return my money since I purchased it on false claims.

Fantastic product, I loved the body serum so decided to try the skin care and am very happy with the results. My skin feels amazing and looks smooth and glowy!! Just ordered the eye cream as an add on and looking forward to adding that to my routine. Customer service is top notch, including a follow up from the founder after my first order. I would highly recommend Beauty from Bees

Love this serum, I use it in my daughter bath(she hates putting lotion on), she has bad eczema and it helps so much. Reached out to customer service cause the promo code I used didn’t work. They told me I had already used it and updated my order with the current promo code. They didn’t have to do that but I so appreciate it.

Love the nourishing body serum so decided to try some other products in the line. When my order was shorted one item the customer service team made it right immediately and I had the missing item the next day! Excellent products and excellent service!

I have dry skin and I've tried soooo many different body creams over the years. I have always been on a quest to find the perfect one and was always disappointed when trying something new.....until I found and tried Beauty from Bees body cream. It is the best by far and have noticed how much softer and silkier my skin is and feels. It truly is very luxurious and have finally found the one!!! I've started with the body cream but will be trying alot more of their products in the future.

Whatever you do don’t order from this company. First of all takes forever to get your product and then if you’re not satisfied with it, you have to pay taxes shipping and over the border approval because it’s in Canada it’s gonna cost you as much as the product just to ship it back so they get you coming and going and the product doesn’t work. It dried my legs out so bad very very dissatisfied and I was very much looking forward to this product.

Customer service was 10/10. They were so patient when I made 2 mistakes in a row with my order and they replied immediately + remedied the situation for me. Thank you

The order was promptly acknowledged and shipped. Delivery time was as expected. When the product 'Body Creme' arrived the emulsion had already begun to separate. (There was some oil pooling away from the creme). After a few more days the creme texture began to change slightly. The pooling and texture change were not necessarily unpleasant. However, it was not what I expected from a professional retail product.

 The texture of the body serum is luxuriously smooth and absorbs beautifully without leaving any residue. Thank you for creating something so thoughtful and authentic.
