Tried to return two swimsuits. The company would not give me a return address. I ended up with a partial refund to keep the swimsuits. Do not use this company. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering, lesson learnt.

Beauty Curve is an absolute Shambolic Company, and I do NOT understand how they are still Trading!!! If there was half a STAR in Reviews that would be far too many.
Firstly I was lead to believe, my order was placed and arriving from this site....in ENGLAND, NOT CHINA....I ordered 3 items of swimwer, and waited weeks for whereabouts of my order... Searched and chased to discover 1 item out of stock.... OK, acceptable - weeks later given a refund !
No communication from company, so chased Customer Sevices, via several emails. Reading one email, I could not understand whether I was receiving a refund for the other 2 items! Or if the other 2 items were being mailed ! So, vague and misleading! Eventually, after weeks, I told C.S, I would report them if I never received my goods. Yet another week later my 2 goods arrived!! Alleluyah.That was last week...
Today 31Jan, I received an email, from C.S, containing, a Tracking Number - Stating my order had arrived! REALLY!! ( 23 days) of uncertainty, from this awful company!

I ordered 4 swimsuits from this company which never arrived. After two weeks I sent first email asking where they were. I was told two were out of stock and how would I like to proceed. I requested a full refund which never materialised nor did the remaining two swimsuits. I have sent a further 4 emails which have been ignored. Currently it is in the hands of PayPal. How and to whom do we report this company?

Company is a sham. Ordering the goods and delivery of goods is straighforward, but trying to return anything is an absolute joke. They won't give an address to return the goods and offer 'compensation' of £10.00 or £20.00 to keep the goods, but pay the difference. The goods are shoddy and poor material. They have stopped answering my emails now. However; you can claim back from your Bank if you paid for the Goods on a Visa card (current account or similar) by putting a dispute in on the 'Chargeback' scheme. My bank have refunded the money to me, so if they want their Goods back they will have to send me a Returns address and THEY can pay the postage to New York or wherever they're saying they are based today! Good Luck All !

Never buy from this company. I usually look at reviews before ordering from a new website unfortunately I didn’t. I needed two costumes for holiday and ordered in time. They arrived into my 2nd week of my holiday. I thought I was buying from a UK company. When I received my two costumes one was fine but the second one was so ill fitting, I contacted the company as there was no return label. I should have realised there was going to be a problem. The company offered me £5 refund and keep the costume. I emailed back and pointed our that under the consumers Act I was entitled to a complete refund as the good were badly made. They returned with a £15 refund and a 20% voucher. they explained it would be cheaper than sending it back to the USA. I pointed out if I buy from Amazon, if I have a problem I return to Amazon not China or wherever the goods come from. I had to accept I had made a bad choice in this company but I have reported them to trading standards.

Please do not buy from this scam of a company. I ordered 5 costumes 2 different sizes both were far too small and not fit for purpose. They would not give me an address to send them back telling me it would be too expensive to send the back to USA. I eventually manage to get £65.00 back, I spent £109.00 The even had the cheek to offer me 20% discount on my next order. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.

SCAM COMPANY - should have read reviews. website looked legit. item not fit for purpose and can't get refund after 8 emails back and forth. same answer £10 compensation keep items. Location to far to send back blah blah blah.

My experience is almost exactly the same as the person who commented on 24/11/22. However, I've only been offered the £5 return. I want to report this company, has anyone else done so and with any success?

Appalling company - do not use. There is no option to return goods which don't fit. They keep offering you to keep the goods and they will give you £5, then it goes up to £10. Otherwise you have to return goods to USA!!! I presume if I give them bank account details for their refund they'll use this fraudulently to scam my bank account too. I have no evidence this will happen (I've written off my purchase amount) but don't understand why a company would operate like this. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company. I would give it zero stars if I could. When asking to return items for a refund you are told that refunds are operated via their US warehouse for which they refuse to give an address and constantly offer vouchers for a fraction of the price originally paid to keep the items. Little point in keeping something that is not fit for purpose. I got sick of their consistent refusal to privide a return address so sent the items back to the returns address on the label of the original packaging. Was then told that was not the correct address (why put it on there then) and they are refusing to refund me. This company should not be allowed to advertise as it's a scam. Turns out they operate from China using a .co.uk internet address. They are not registered in the UK.

Ordered 3 costumes before I read the reviews, so I had basically written off the money I had spent. However I shouldn’t have worried. I received 4 messages with tracking updates and the costumes arrived within a week. They all are a perfect fit and quality wise are on a par if not better than my old swimsuits from next

The swimsuit we received took just a week to arrive and was a generous UK size 18. The fabric was high quality and well stitched. In particular the slinky soft fabric was not bulky and scratchy like a lot of low cost swimsuits. I hope that this review goes some way to offsetting the poor reviews that I have read recently.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company. They are NOT based in the UK or America but in China. They're sizes are 3/4 inches out and only once you've paid then you realise this company CANNOT deliver on the dates given but 15 days later. There's no point in paying express delivery because they CANNOT get the products here in that time. But you thought the company is based in the UK
because it states it on the web website. When requesting a refund they offer partial at 20% and keep the costumes. This order cost me over £50 plus postage. How this company gets away with advertising based in the UK, seriously needs to be investigated by trading standards and the tax office. DO NOT BUY

I wish I thought of looking deeper into this Company before ordering. As the web address was a Co.uk I thought they were legit. I ordered 3 swimsuits, all poorly fitting. Contacted them for returns procedure, they offered me £14 to keep them, the order is valued at £80. They need shutting down in the U.K.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. So the same sad story as everyone else here it seems. My order arrived, didn't fit, contacted them by email and asked for a refund/return got a quick reply which said all returns are processed in the US and was told it was not cost effective to return/refund so would I accept £5 in compensation and keep the item. I refused, they upped the offer to £10 and then £15. Fortunately, I used PayPal and they have refunded me the full amount.

Do not use this company!!!! If I could have given no stars I would have done. From returning an item on September 1st 2022 it took till October 25th 2022 to get my money back. On top of this I had to pay to return the item to them (cause they needed a tracking number) !!! DO NOT USE !!!

I wish I had read this. Absolutely everything everyone is saying is now happening to me.
I ordered 3 costumes. Useless fit. They now are on 2 email re return telling me that i should accept £20 instead of going to the "complexity" of refunding.
Criminal activity.
I will give them one more chance before starting legal action.

I cannot believe that this company is still allowed to trade in the UK
There is no evidence that they are not based here until it takes almost 3 weeks for goods to be delivered and then refusing a full refund when items don't fit because the "cost of postage to the US, is too expensive"
They offer you a small amount which increases after every email rejecting it. I want my full money back asap
The only thing I would say is that they do reply to emails pretty promptly even if those emails don't say what you want them to!

Wish I’d seen these before I ordered .. How is this company still allowed to work.. they keep ignoring my requests for the address to send 1 item back !!!!!

STOP TRYING TO FOB ME OFF

Dreadful. Costume is of poor quality and I wanted to return. They Ignored emails for a returns address.Then they started corresponding after I left about 6 emails. They offered me a small sum of money to keep it as they told me the costume has to be returned to USA. That amount increased with every email I sent requesting a returns address. They have now offered a partial refund of £23 and they suggested I gift the costume. It is so badly designed it wouldn’t fit anybody. Don’t order. Zero points from me.
