I so wanted to love these products...
I so wanted to love these products... I have not been able to find a mascara that adds volume and curls. I was hopeful with the Doe-Eyes. Sadly, there was really no difference from my numerous old mascaras. Color was good, but lashes were still straight (tried with and without a lash curler) and looked a bit clumpy. And removal was not so easy. It does come off with water, but then I had huge raccoon eyes that needed makeup remover. And next, I tried the Youthful Under Eye Protector in Fair. The colour was too dark for me (obviously my error) but it also showed every wrinkle around my eyes and on my face. I watched the tutorials again (in case I was missing something), but no go. On the upside, the delivery was very fast and packaging is lovely. I know these products work for so many people, I do wish I had been one of them.
Update: I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful. They offered me a full refund or the option to try another product up to £50. They were supportive through the entire process. I think their level of detail and support to their customers is outstanding. Would certainly recommend.

Great customer service.
I have been using Beauty and the Boutique for years topping up my usual make-up brand of over 20+ years. Particularly recommend the Doe Eye mascara, Katie’s under eye perfecter and Nubian brown eye of Horus eyeliner. Customer service is probably best I’ve experienced. Would recommend ordering from here.

I have never been so impressed with an online business. Firstly, I've always been a huge lover of makeup and thought I knew it all, that was until I discovered Katie's tutorials, I've learnt so much and they have beenso easy to follow. I've purchased quite a few orders since finding beauty and the boutique and every time the products have just hit the mark for me! If specifically recommend the Love Katie rested and youthful and doe eyes mascara - WOW!!!!! I've never worn a concealer or mascara like it. The concealer didn't settle in my fine lines and genuinely perfected my skin in such a natural way (lasting all day!) and the mascara absolutely did not budge, I was truly impressed! 👏🏻 I'll no doubt be back to try more, keep up the good work team! Plus, their customer service has been outstanding, I've written in for things like shade help and order tracking and have received a response almost immediately! Love you guys!!

Amazing products and customer service
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this amazing company.
I have mature skin and also have occasional outbreaks of psoriasis and with Katie and her teams help I have found some wonderful products that do not irritate my skin at all and work wonders on mature skin. The guidance on how to use the products is prefect and I’ve also picked up some make up tips too!
The delivery times for products are great and the customer service is the best I’ve had from a company in a very long time .
I highly recommend visiting their site to find some wonderful products for yourself.

I gave Beauty and the boutique 5 * because honestly I have never dealt with such a lovely company. I have so much make up from brands I just took a gamble on but after watching their tutorials for weeks I took a gamble that paid off this time. I ordered a mascara Doey eyes which gave me eye lashes I have honestly never been able to see in the past, then I got the eyeliner that's double ended, copied the tutorial on how to do smokey eyes and Bingo it worked lol. Then I bought the Doll10 foundation which is amazing and covers everything. I emailed them with a concern over my make up pilling and they replied with a lovely email explaining what I already thought I was doing wrong and now that's fixed. I have just ordered 2 lipsticks and a serum and cant wait to try them. Their service is so personal an interactive, they make you feel like you are their only customer. The emails they send honestly brighten your day. Im not going anywhere else again with the service, advice and products they offer. Truly a happy customer

What a brilliant company
What a brilliant company, It’s my go to for makeup. The tutorials are brilliant and products high quality. Most of the make up I use if from them. Their Doe eye mascara is the best, I just wish they would bring out a dark brown version! It’s easy to get advice via messenger. Customer service is phenomenal, on the two occasions I’ve had an issue, they have gone above and beyond to sort it Other companies should follow their lead.
