Product has stopped working after only 6 months and they don’t seem to want to reply to my email. Like the product and use it every day but customer service not great.

Broke after 6 months
I bought a trio spa pro 6 months ago and it has stopped working. Despite sending 2 emails and a direct message I have had no response from Beauty First. Communication was very good when I purchased the item so I am disappointed that no one has responded to my email and that my purchase has now broken after 6 months.

My order was late
My order was late, nothing to do with them it was Yodel,they kept me informed all the way and chased the delivery company. What an absolute treat to have a company who kept communication flowing, I never felt dropped out at all,which compared to most companies these days is wonderful. Will I be using them again, I guarantee I will be, I will be shouting from the roof tops, a company that does actually care about their customers. Well done Beauty First. As you can see one extremely happy customer .

Above and beyond amazing company
My order was dispatched swiftly but I had a problem with the courier. I contacted BeautyFirst who gave me clear instructions as to what to do next. After no joy with the courier I went back to BF. They were extremely quick replying and offered me a refund or replacement. The customer service is beyond great. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.
