Do not order from here. My bracelets turned silver and broke from 2 months of having them. I took good care of them and I didnt wear them every single day like they claim you can. Yet they still broke. I was offered 24 dollars for 3 bracelets and I would have to pay more money if I wanted them replaced.

In our last response, we explained that our warranty replacements are completely free of charge. Our returns portal sometimes mistakenly shows an outstanding balance if the original items were purchased on sale, but we always manually modify this and zero out the invoice on our end once submitted.

Really bad quality
Really bad quality, straight from Alibaba/AliExpress. All the pieces have very dark yellow colour, one of the necklaces already broke on the second wear. Might as well buy for a lot cheaper at SHEIN, Temu and such.

We work directly with our own trusted manufacturing and production partners to create and produce our collections. While similar-looking designs can sometimes be found across different online retailers, this does not mean they are the same products or come from the same source.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about the gold tone. Colours can sometimes appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings, but we understand that the shade wasn’t what you expected from the photos.

I’m so pleased with the jewellery I purchased, my husband brought them for my anniversary.. I had 12 to choose from rather than the normal price of one piece of jewellery. The quality so far wearing is excellent, and the styles are absolutely beautiful and look expensive. I had issue, but Kathy from customer service was incredibly helpful and she resolved my issue straight away with friendly and efficient service. I’m a very happy customer and would happily recommend beautiful earth to anyone who asks where I got it from and I would use them again.

It was a great idea for the present gift. The only thing I didn’t like about the jewelry is the sizes of everything. The bracelets and necklaces are very small in size. I would recommend this jewelry for adolescence and children but not for adults.

If you get a box, you can’t beat the price. I get complimented on my jewelry all the time and wear it. I am constantly washing my hands as a server and it has passed the test of time. Just because you see other pieces that are the same style or similar doesn’t mean it’s the same quality. This stuff I can swim in too and it stays beautiful.

Love this jewelry. Looks and feels much more expensive than it actually is. My second order somehow got lost during shipping. Customer service was second to none. Immediately offered to refund my money or replace the order. I was happy to accept a replacement order and it was shipped right away. Couldn’t be more pleased with this great company.

Nice but small
The quality is good and they look so pretty. The sizes are just smaller than I expected for rings and bracelets although I bought my usual size. Also, the delivery took some time maybe because of international shipment.
