Side effects not mentioned

Hello,
Two weeks ago I bought this device, B-Glossy PRO, which has miraculous effects on my skin.

Unfortunately, there are side effects and I am among the women who are not allowed to use it.

What can I do now? I tried to return it immediately (Conox, Romania) but they said I had opened and used it and couldn't take it back. Had I known all the truth, I wouldn't have bought it.

Can I use the clean and the cool modes, at least? As far as I read, they operate only on vibrations, not electrical currents. Can I also use the lights?

Thank you, and I am waiting for your answer.

And please, write the side effects of your products on the sites! That is morally right! It is no use reading them on the pages of the manual, AFTER having bought the device

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY! I recently ordered the Beautifly under eye high frequency massager. After using it twice my under eye area developed severe swelling and irritation on both sides. It took a full 10 days to return to normal. I then tried the device again after letting some time pass to the same effect of severe swelling. I now have permanent damage under both eyes. Upon contacting the company the customer service was incredibly rude and did not accept any responsibility, instead telling me such a reaction could be because of a lack of sleep me or might be due to other skincare products (i use the same products for years without any negative effect).

They even refused to issue a simple refund of the purchase price. I will now be taking legal action. I am not convinced their products have the necessary qualifications for safety.

Avoid!!!

I recently made the mistake of purchasing a beauty product from Beautifly and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent over £600 on an item that I expected to receive promptly with express delivery. However, the package ended up arriving a whopping two weeks late.

To make matters worse, the appalling customer service I received from Beautifly only added to my dissatisfaction. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to discover that I had to pay an additional £123 for duty tax. This unexpected cost caught me completely off guard, as I was under the impression that the company was based in the UK. They refund me those money.

Needless to say, this entire experience has left me feeling incredibly disappointed and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them as their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and exorbitant hidden fees have completely soured my opinion of them. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere for your beauty needs.

they need to be banned from the UK market

the worst company ever, they should be banned from the UK, they have a UK website but are placed in Poland, they promise delivery in 1-2 days yest weeks later I still don't have the items, and to top it I have now to pay custom fees of £50 that I was not told about in order to receive the items. THIS IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICOULOUS AND SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN THIS DAY AND AGE, COMPLETE SCAM

Don't trust these people I paid for product £169, the courier wanted another £47.69 face massager. Wanted my money back they said already left us. Fake site con artist doesn't trust a word Don't buy anything, name shame them

Where is my order?!

Having read the previous reviews I now understand why I am receiving such an awful experience as well. Placed an order on 13th April and am still waiting for it to arrive. That is bad enough but receiving no response to my follow up enquiries is frankly unacceptable. I now fear that the earlier suggestions of being a scam organisation are in fact true. If not, then they really need to get their act together on taking customer service seriously as it has been shocking so far ... where is my order?!

Beautifly products

I own a few Beautifly products and enjoying using all of them. My favourite ones are BGlossy Pro, BHydraclear and BScrub Pro. I suffer with acne prone and olily in T-Zone skin. All 3 helped in reducion of oil and sebum, some cystic spots and sebaceous filaments. I use them on regular basis and they are a part of my skincare routine.

I have a good experience with the Company and deliveries, and highly recommend these to others who want to add that extra care for their skin.
