I can not fault my experience at the Colac store...... staff are polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I’m not that mobile and they bent over backwards to show me what was going on with my old tyres,to the point they took photos,came and showed me,discussed our options,then brought the tyres in to show the areas of concern first hand.
Im so used to people talking down to me because I’m female,older and fairly disabled these days,it’s a breath of fresh air to be treated like a human being.
