Very poor fit
After changing size from Large to medium the top is still a poor fit. The sleeves are at least 6-8 inches too long and the shoulders would fit a size 18, not size 12. Very disappointed in purchase

I ordered a jumper as a gift for my wife, to be fair it arrived quicker than expected which was good, however, when my wife went to try it on for the 1st time, there was a fault ( a pulled thread in one of the sleeves, resulting in a nice hole ,,😕 , I have returned it and I'm just currently waiting for an exchange to arrive.
