No despatch after a week yet they say despatch is within 2 days. No reply to email apart from please leave us a review and you don't have to retirn the item!! I havent received it yet!+

I have tried emailing this company regarding my order email emails bounce back, I have tried the contact us section on the website nothing opens up! I have tried calling I select option 3 tracking it hangs up the line! Apparently according to the tracking my order has been at customs since 14th November. Do not buy from this company!

As with other recent customers, my order has been awaiting U.K. customs clearance since 31 August. No FedX tracking number, just a long tracking number in their email confirmation to me, which is basically useless to FedX. Although company is supposed to be in Surrey, the goods are listed and tracked as shipped from Australia!! Tried ringing them, listen to the options and then the phone cuts dead. Email them and the email bounces back.
It wasn't a large amount but PayPal have refunded me. I didn't think they should be allowed to get away with it.

Totally agree with other reviews- ordered hair electrical product which is indicated as stuck at UK customs re tracking information but emails I’ve sent just bounce back and phone number unobtainable- don’t be fooled by website

Avoid avoid avoid - ordered 1st August and still waiting. Tracking stays at customs but no reply from customs. No reply to email and they bounce back, calls don’t go anywhere. Scam - impossible to talk to anyone!

Total scam. Ordered hair products that simply never arrived. Weeks later, website tracking says its still in customs a month later despite no contact from customs. Emails to customer service bounce back. Don't waste your money.

Ordered something on 13th June and still not received. When tracking package it says it’s in customs since 29th June. Can’t get any reply by email or phone.
Must be a scam - DONT USE THIS COMPANY

£80 stolen! I ordered from these who also go by Cosmeticsally.co.uk on 15 June 2023 no delivery on 6 July absolute scam. Emails returned, phone number switched off. Nothing delivered £80 down. Don't order from these. How they are allowed to advertise is beyond me. Definitely avoid!

SCAM BEWARE!!!!
I ordered conditioner from this so-called company. I never received a receipt or confirmation of my order so sent at least three emails but received no reply whatsoever. I raised a dispute with PayPal who were great and refunded me immediately. I should have read trust pilot before ordering to see all the other reviews mentioning SCAM!!!!

They are not based in the UK !!!

Beaugenic advertises itself as based in Surrey, UK, although a glance at Google Maps shows its alleged address 159 Sandy Lane Sutton SM2 7ET as a small private detached house rather than a retail outlet.

I ordered from it a 1l bottle of shampoo which several OK retailers keep in stock. It's manufactured in Spain, so my surprise on discovering that it was to be shipped from Australia may well be understood.

Anticipated delivery timeframe was given as 23 days - far longer than anticipated when ordering. More than two weeks after that, however, it had still not been received. Tracking information shows the carrier as FedEx but with no tracking number; FedEx cannot help without that. The item showed as in UK awaiting Customs clearance on 20 February and still does so now. Tracking information looks suspicious in that every entry shows a timing with ":36" at the end.

Having completed an enquiry form on Beaugenic's website, left two voicemail messages and sent three emails, no respose whatsoever has been received. It is clear that the company has no interest in customer service or in whether its customers receive ordered products.

From reading some reviews it is clear that I am by no means the first to have such an experience from Beaugenic, although the company seems not to have responded to any adverse reviews published here.

It is a retailer to be avoided at all costs!

To my surprise, I have been asked by Trustpilot to provide more information on 8 May 2023. The link to track my order has been disabled on Beaugenic's website but I can confirm that I still have it although Trustpilot does not permit its inclusion here. I confirm that my order and tracking details can still be viewed by visiting that URL. The order has still not arrived (8 May 2023), the tracking information remains unchanged and no contact has ever been received from Beaugenic.

My view of that business' conduct therefore remains unchanged although I am open to discuss the transaction with Beaugenic should it decide to contact me.
