Lucky if you get delivery.

Ordered one tonne of coal on December 3rd to be delivered. Emailed a week on to see when it would be delivered. No response. Called the following week by phone and was told I would get an update by phone, no update. I have spoken to someone twice since who keep telling me that it will be out within a couple of days. Three weeks later and still no delivery. Called just now and explained that it isn't good enough and the only response is it's not is it?!? Refund requested.
