Fantastic Customer Service.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Chris is so helpful he really does go above & beyond.
I thought he was great when we purchased our camera but the true test is when there is a problem under warranty. He didn’t disappoint at all! In fact he couldn’t have done any more to resolve my issue.
Will definitely purchase from here again.

I was looking for a new alarm system and a new CCTV system. I had both but both were getting old. Having shopped around, I’d already purchased a Yale alarm and was looking for somebody to install it. I contacted Bear CCTV after seeing a Yale installation on their social media and Chris contacted me straight away. From that moment he’s been absolutely brilliant. He installed the alarm system in January and I’m really happy with the job he did and the extra help afterwards as I played with the settings. While he was doing the alarm, we talked about CCTV and he sent me details and a quote for the upgrade I was looking for. Today, he installed that system and has, again, done a fantastic job AND logged in remotely this evening to finalise settings for me after I’d had a while to test it was all as I wanted it.

The service has been second-to-none and I would recommend Bear Watch CCTV to everyone.

Chris was amazing with an issue that had been a problem for weeks meaning we couldn't access our cameras. He was knowledgeable and explained the process very well. I will definitely recommend him and the company to anyone else I know experiencing problems with hik products.

Bear watch was recommended to me by a neighbour for fitting CCTV around my property. I actually got them to fit a security light and a new alarm too.

Excellent customer service hadn’t purchased the system but moved into the property where it was installed, Chris answered any questions I had about it by email and even came round and changed the admin and set it up on the app for us free of charge! Would highly recommend

Quality service from Bear Watch who were recommended to me. Chris sent me a quote which was the price I ended up paying, he was able to fit me in promptly, installed top quality cameras and kit neatly and it wasn't an easy job. Chris also gave me options for different ways of setting things up including if I needed to change or install additional cameras in the future. The CCTV and the app to view our premises remotely and look back at certain incidents have been very useful and valuable and I would use Bear Watch again and have recommended them to others already.

Had my alarm and cameras fitted yesterday the they are so clear unbelievable I can see everything perfectly. Now I feel secure knowing I’m protected by bear watch cctv.

Bearwatch installed our original CCTV system a couple of years ago, and have recently upgraded with additional camera.
Excellent service as always, from initial enquiry to installation and set up.
