Bearsbys was brilliant. They were able to take our belongings into storage with little notice and keep them there longer than anticipated. The teams on all three removal days this time around were hard working, capable, committed, cooperative, polite, knowledgeable, I can't thank them enough. We have always used Bearsbys and heartily recommend them.

We had a large amount of furniture and items as we'd sold 2 places for me and my partner to move into a house together with our child. The guys we had were speedy yet careful with all our items, were friendly and also hard working. They took a lot of the stress of moving away from us and we wouldn't definitely use this company again.

Thank you for making my house move look easy. I had some very heavy furniture and you manage to move these with no issues. You had everything loaded and packed neatly in the vans and was waiting at the new place to unload. . I was very pleased with the service and price. You arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Thanks for fitting me in with a few days notice. I would definitly recomend your services. You also put my clothes that were on hangers in the wardrobe and disasembled my bed and put it together again ,fab thanks you are all your stars

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish
Nothing was too much trouble from our brilliant movers esp Dave who put my mum at ease from packing up and the move day,he was so calm and professional really did take so much stress out of it!

Representative at the start was very helpful. The price was very good, everything explained very well. The two members who moved us were brilliant. We couldn't have chosen better.

After a stressful couple of days, trying to arrange exchange and completion, Britannia stepped up and were able to move us on the day the chain wanted. They attended on the previous Friday to preload before completion date on Monday. The teams that came on Friday and Monday, were polite , professional and very accommodating. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Britannia Bearsbys from start to finish. Getting the quote was quick, easy, and completely stress‑free. Every time I called the office, the team was incredibly helpful and patient (I had a lot of questions because I was stressed, and they reassured me every step of the way). On moving day, the three lads who turned up were brilliant. They worked so hard, took great care with everything, and made sure all my furniture and boxes ended up exactly where they needed to be. They protected the carpets, used mattress covers, and handled everything with real care and professionalism. On top of that, they were genuinely lovely people. I would absolutely recommend this company. They go above and beyond, and they made what could have been a very stressful day run smoothly.

George, Ollie and Jordan took the stress of moving house away. They were efficient and respectful all through the move. Nothing was too much trouble. They were phenomenal! And thank to Ralph who did our estimate , a truly wonderful man …. Thank you guys

This company, and all the employees we had dealings with, were excellent.
Professional, polite, on time and respectful of our property.
When we got to the new house, they moved furniture to exactly where we wanted it, and in several cases repositioned things when we changed our minds! This was a 3 day move, due to the distance and amount of items involved.
Would highly recommend. Very, very happy with the service.

I recommend Britannia Bearsby’s if you are moving house.
I opted for the packing service and the two packers were really friendly and very efficient, packing up all my contents in less than a day and saving me days of work.
The team who came to move me on completion day were fantastic. Everything was packed quickly and safely and they still managed to get the lorry unloaded at my new house the same day despite unexpected delays pushing key collection till late in the day.
I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family.

Great service and value for money.

We used Bearsbys for packing and removals from 7th-9th January 2026. Moving house with small children is stressful and we honestly don’t know how we’d have done it without the team at Bearsbys. We were lucky enough to have Dan from packing through to the move and he and his team were polite, respectful and careful with our belongings. Nothing was broken in the move as it was packed so well and the dissembling and resembling was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Dan even caught the fish in the pond for me! We wish we’d gotten all of the team’s names as they were all amazing and deserve recognition for their hard work and how they represented the company. Once unpacked, someone from the team came to collect the boxes and paper which was very helpful. Thanks Bearbys for excellent, reliable and courteous service. We would (and have been) recommend the company to anyone moving home.

exceptional service from start to finish. Office, accounts and customer service have been faultless. There was nearly 18 months between our house sale and purchase and everything that was stored arrived exactly as packed. Collection and delivery were handled by many of the same people and new members of the team were equally efficient, courteous and helpful. You really cannot go wrong employing the services of this first class company.

The removal team were very efficient, organised, and helpful. They moved everything in a good time without damaging any items, and they managed to get our new sofa through a tight hallway and doorway that I thought was impossible. The charge for the removal was also among the lowest quote that we had received.

Bearsbys provided a brilliant team to help us move house! They were all so helpful, friendly and considerate of our belongings! It was our first big move and they were so helpful at advising us and guiding us through the day! We couldn’t have done the move without them!
