Very efficient
Very efficient, was kept informed and fast delivery, the only thing I would say is that a small box as opposed to a padded envelope would have been better as the outer box of my shaving soap arrived all squashed- not a problem as it was not a present and hopefully the soap is not damaged - haven’t opened it fully as it is for my Dad - so may be something to consider in future although I realise that it might increase the postage costs.
