Extremely unprofessional and rude service
I had very bad experience with them. I booked an appointment with Sylvio for 12pm. They told me to wait. Sylvio was talking with someone else. I waited for about 20 mins. Sylvio then told me that he is very busy and he won't be able to do the haircut. He requested that I get haircut from his assistant.
At the start of haircut, I showed pictures to his assistant on exactly what type of haircut I wanted. He agreed with that. Lateron, I observed that he is doing some different hairstyle. I requested him to make it at least somewhat similar to the one that I showed and trim some hair from the sides. His assistant said that he cannot understand hairstyles by looking at the photos (I downloaded the photos from the professional hair style guides). He likes it when someone explains hairstyle in words. He also said that he does not have time, has another appointment and I will need to pay extra for any changes.
The worst barber shop that I visited so far. I won't recommend their service at all.
