I bought a ring to use as a wedding ring but it simply just didn't look right. I bought this under their trading name botanica collective.Nothing wrong with the product, just not for me. However, the customer service has been terrible. It has been almost 3 weeks since asking for a refund but no response after several emails and message on social media. I am at the point now that I have no other option that to charge back on my credit card.
Watch was faulty
Watch was faulty, returned, yet will not refund money.
Emailed several times, they are not very communative, and like to keep you waiting. Would not recomend. Watches are very flimsy.
