I had ordered book in Nov and heard…
I had ordered book in Nov and heard nothing, emailed to find out why it was taking so long as said uo to 2 weeks but now into week 4. Very quick email explaining postal issues and the very next day my books arrived. Books were absolutely lovely, emailed to let them know they had arrived and a quick email back again to say thanks.

Signed up for the 99p book it’s been over a month and now Taken £24.97 from my account without notifying, I really don't want to receive any book. £25 for a book is absolutely not worthy.. I feel cheated on by this company.

Really good idea! Great gift for Christmas, I had a bit of a longer wait for delivery (mainly due to strikes I assume) but it all arrived safe and sound so don't fret if yours takes a while!

Lovely books
Waited a long time for first book to be delivered but it was worth the wait, the books and stories are lovely. My daughter loves featuring in her own story and now recites them back to me as we have read them so many times.

£24.99 massively overpriced
£24.99 for a personalised book??? Seriously, I took this out on an offer and couldn't cancel until I had received the first book. It took over 4 weeks to arrive by which time the £24.99 installment had been taken out of my bank. I feel cheated on by this company. I don't have £25 to spare on a personalised book, I could of bought my daughter 3 Christmas presents for the cost of one book. They are nice books but how on earth you can justify £25 fpr one book is beyond me.

Absolutely fantastic purchase! Really good quality book and the illustrations are brilliant! I received my book during the royal mail strikes and I cannot fault the customer service of this company- having spent a lot of time on the phone to many other companies, Beans & Sparks were quick to respond, empathetic and did everything they could to try and get to me before Christmas.

Fantastic products! I received my order this morning after 4 weeks which is no fault of this business.
I could not fault their customer service.
Just from seeing the envelope that the products arrived in I knew it would be brilliant. My Niece will be very very happy with it.
Gorgeous books, beautifully written and illustrated. I cannot recommend them enough.
Be patientif you're waiting on your order to arrive. It's absolutely worth the wait!

Terrible customer service! They reply kindly and promptly to emails, but don't really provide answers to the questions asked. I started off with a trial for about £5, and clearly remember the monthly membership costed 14.99. The first book looked nice, so I decided to stay a further month to have a nice Christmas present for a friend's daughter. About a month ago my card was charged £24.99, and when I asked for explanation on the price, receipt of payment, content of the incoming package and estimated time of delivery I was simply told "the book is being printed and will be with you soon". Well, it isn't here yet! I call it a scam

Ordered using the 99p offer 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. After reading recent reviews I wonder how many more people they have scammed for 99p!
*update* - I received a refund from PAYPAL as this never arrived. Don’t fall for the 99p book ploy, it’s just a marketing tactic to tie you into a subscription, luckily I cancelled before it was due even though I didn’t receive the book, better to be 99p down than the £14.99 subscription charge.

Ignores Emails and doesnt delivery what you purchase
Ordered nearlly 4 weeks ago and still not recieved my book or the stickers and poster I purchased. This company seems to be fake and ignores all emails.
They've taken my money/payment.
Emailed three times. All communication is ignored.

Absolutely disgusting I've been waiting over 6 weeks now!! DO NOT buy from this company. What a scam!
They were selling books for £1.99. I ordered one and they charged me £14.99 TWICE!!
They also automatically sign you up for a subscription in which you need to pay each month.
They don’t reply to emails and have no contact number.
So I’ve paid £29.98 for a little book that I STILL haven’t received.
I’m fuming! That’s £30 gone. Awful company

Horrible communication from seller, better said NONE! Horrible website. If I could give 0 stars I would be 0000 stars! while the idea is great is sadly an international scam. You will not get a receipt of purchase nor email with your purchase confirmation. No reply to emails from seller (which is the only way of communicating) Just a complete wait of time. Not worth the trouble.
