I gave 3 stars because my experience with communications with Beaming White is inconsistent - I used to get marketing emails with specials but now I don't - I usually have to try track someone down. I never know who my rep is because I don't receive regular communication from them. Frustrating.

Great company!
I have been using beaming white products at my spa for about 4 years now. They have always been super professional and eager to help with any issues I have. Zero communication/ support.
Bought several kits, at home kits, toothpaste, etc.
Received ZERO support on how to use.
When I reached out and told that the first client I used it on had major sensitivity, I was told that Iwould be credited back for my kits- yet of course I never received a refund or any follow up training.
