On 14th November I paid £47 for a Grinch sweater and paid extra for express delivery. As of today 18th December it has not been delivered, the customer service is terrible, every time I message or email support@beambead they just send back tracking info. Apparently my sweater left the USA, went to China and has been sat in Lincoln UK since 12th December. I have begged them for a refund but they won't listen, Absolutely diabolical service, PayPal are not much better either, my bank are refunding me thankfully. A truly horrible experience. STAY WELL CLEAR OF BEAMBEAD....

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought what looked like a very funny ugly sweater off their website. The product I received was not at all like what I ordered. I’ve tried working with their customer service department to get my $45 refunded. They are offering me $7. This is fraud.

Loved the stylish design and comfy feel. Quality met expectations and all at a reasonable price. Packaging showed care, though slower than anticipated, taking three weeks for delivery. Overall, pleased.

Great product. Came within a couple of weeks. Got the grinch top, bottoms and hat :)

Only giving one star as zero is not an option!!

Do not use this company they sent a sweatshirt with really short sleeves. Their size chart said 66cm but the garment sent was 62cm. They will not accept a return and refund. Terrible customer service and misrepresentation of garment advertised.

Product was ordered on October 11 for Halloween. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It arrived November 7. Unable to return. Company offered me $3 for my troubles. It cost over $50. This is another scam company@

Pleasantly surprised by this stylish, well-designed piece. Quality feels top-notch and it came in secure packaging. Shipping took a bit, around three weeks. Price felt reasonable given the overall experience.

Pleased with the purchase. The fit feels just right, and comfort is definitely there. Packaging was neat and secure, ensuring the product arrived in good condition. Not perfect, but it’s pretty close to what I hoped for. Decent value.

Pleasantly surprised by the arrival of my order after three weeks. The design stands out, and the material feels quite sturdy. Packaging wasnt fancy but did the job. For the price, it’s a pretty good deal. Would recommend, overall.

Terrible product and customer service. I should have read the feedbacks before I bought. Like others have said sizes are not true and quality poor. They will not refund or exchange for different sizes. Said to give them as gifts. They have offered me $12 to keep all 4 shirts. Too expensive to return.

Terrible company. Purchased a shirt and when I received and tried it on, it was at least two sizes too small. I contacted the company to exchange. They had sent the shirt from Chicago IL and now they want me to return it to China with expensive shipping. They offered me 4.00 dollars for my shirt. The shirt was thin and ran very small. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order on 12/3/23 and still do not have my order. I have sent emails and do not get answers or my money back. There is no phone number to call a live person. Please do not order from this company as you will not receive your items. Very sad as their clothing looks so cute! Very disappointed!

This order took 7 weeks to arrive. Tracking information not updated regularly or much at all. Material is weird and not well made. Will never order again

The one star is for the beautiful shirt design I saw in the add...I have not received my merchandise, ordered 12/4, and the chatbot keeps telling me it has been delivered!

Really a -star. Ordered two shirts on 11/26/23, . They have not arrived, customer service phone # is out of service. The tracking company has not answered my emails. SCAMED

Too bad I can’t give negative stars… I ordered Christmas gifts on 09.15.23. It is now 12.31.23 and I still don’t have the gifts. Customer service is atrocious. And, I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed. DON’T ORDER!!

Shirt was sewn inside out and they come from China. They wanted me to send back the shirt that took 45 days to arrive, and would cost me almost $30 to ship back! Awful!!!

Ordered my shirts on Nov 16, have never received anything! Emailed them and they said contact customer service, but they are the customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered three 3D embroidered sweaters (according to their website) from this seller via Facebook.Received notification that it was shipped from Ireland on 10/31/23. Tracking info was updated every 2nd day until 5 days ago. Upon inquiry, the new tracking update showed that it was sent from China! It finally came yesterday with a sender address as TNT Shipping, California. To top it off, these are thin, flat T-shirts, not sweaters with raised motives. Absolutely nothing as depicted on their site. The seams of the raglan sleeves on one of the T-shirts are actually sewn inside out and the color is not the one I ordered. Trying to get info on seller for refund of my $104 that I wasted on dollar store merchandise. Please don’t just walk away from this company, RUN!!! I am totally pi**ed, to say the least. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.
