From the moment I arrived, the staff I met were friendly and very helpful.
I met Fiona my audiologist and she put me at ease straight away, explained each step of the way to me, chatted and listened to what I had to say. I came away understanding a lot more about my medical issues. Thank you Fiona.

The audiologist we met at our appointment was so lovely, kind, patient and knowledgeable. She made both myself & my daughter feel so comfortable throughout her appointment. Her name is Katie.
The reception staff were also lovely and friendly. Overall a very nice experience for a child who was quite apprehensive prior to her appointment. Thank you.

Very professional and follow up is excellent

I had Objective Vestibular Testing at the Beacon Audiology on Nov 12 2025. I was referred by my ENT consultant .I had been sick for almost a year without diagnosis. On arrival I met Irene Kelly , who did the vestibular testing. Irene was the first medic who seemed to fully understand the illness I’d been suffering and showed great professionalism, care and kindness, explaining everything thoroughly , step by step as we went along. I was apprehensive as I’d heard that the testing is quite difficult and expensive at 650 euro which is not covered by health insurance but definitely should be. The testing showed a weakness in hearing and balance in my right ear. As a result of this , my ENT consultant was able to diagnose my illness and treat me accordingly. The whole experience in the Beacon Audiology ran smoothly and pleasantly because of the wonderful audiologist Irene Kelly.
