Very disappointed

I’ve placed an order for 3 Hunza G swimsuits, one for myself and the other 2 pieces for sisters twins. Unfortunately, I received only 2 swimsuits, one of twins was very disappointed, but at first we thought that it would be delivered additionally. How was I surprised when I contacted customer support and was told that according to the system, both baby swimsuits were sent! Moreover, I have to mention that I received neither swimsuit nor refund. How come?!
