If there was a zero star to give

If there was a zero star to give, that's exactly what I'd give..nothing!!!
I cancelled my subscription towards near the end of 2020 and now receiving emails with them threatening to take $316.40 Out of my account, when I no longer have an active profile and haven't for some time!
I reached out to them, and their response is a very generic email in response that because I didn't cancel my subscription 2 weeks prior to the renewal date that my plead no longer exists basically and apparently I accepted the terms and conditions for them to still take my money!! Yet there email only came one week prior to a contract renewal..very sneaky!
What they don't understand is that I cancelled my subscription in 2020..why am I now receiving threatening emails to take a large unexplainable amount of money out of my account when it's been 18months since I signed up for just a 6 month contract, which means it's been over 12 months which is there longest contract🤷‍♀️ why now, technically their email should have came 6 months ago!!. I question the legitimacy of this company and when I asked for a contact number, they say they don't have one!!!
I have now blocked this scamming company from my accounts that I owe no money for!!
Shame on you be2..you should be reported!!

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM

This website is a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have STOLEN $238.80 from my bank account. I authorised the amount of $9.95 from my account for a 6-month subscription and then found that the amount of $238.80 had been debited. I have had to cancel my card and order a new one to stop any further debits. The company is very difficult to get a response from. They have finally responded and advised that as there is a very large queue of inquiries and if you send further emails, you automatically go to the back of the queue. They are based in Luxembourg. I have contacted European Consumer Centre in Luxumbourg and made an official complaint. I want my money back!!

This is a scam website. AVOID!!!!

This is a scam website, I try to cancel my subscription but kept on getting the reply " your account is not ready yet". After numerous attempts, sent emails to cancel the subscription but "customer service" kept on saying log in and do it from the app. I contacted my credit card company and showed all the emails I had sent to cancel the subscription. Thankfully they stopped any future payments but not before I had been charged £50!!!
Now they have sent a threatening email, bring it on I say, I preparing a legal document to pursue these scammers too.

Hi Stephanie, How do you propose we get in touch to do something about it? I definitely think we have enough evidence from the people on here. I've asked Trust Pilot to take this review down as it is false reviewing but I just got the generic response. I never trust good Trustpilot reviews anymore. Anyway let me know of your ideas to form a group to topple this rogue organisation.

Looks like fraud

I have paid for a premium service, for 1 MONTH, approximately £10 and 2 days before the period expired I have informed them that I don't want the service anymore (although I shouldn't have, because, like I said, it wasn't a subscription, it was one time only). Today, I got charged £51 without permission &without any reason. You can only contact them through e-mail and no one replies. I have already raised a dispute and complained to every possible public institution.
Everyone who went through similar experience please get in touch so we can do something about it!

Stay away

Terrible, joined this paid more than I expected...and very hard to cancel the subscription...zero support from customer care. I have to email to ask for help to delete my account but took ages to get response and when I did they ask to fill forms...its terrible I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. when I thought its over I got email saying I owe 60euros and it come with a threat. PLEASE Stay away.

I signed up on the offer in December…

I signed up on the offer in December and within a few days tried to close my account,
In settings you are asked to download a form and print and send back, I emailed customer services who informed me I can do this digitally, which I did, when I returned to my settings to delete the account I noticed settings that shows that Be2 sends random messages to others, I guess to encourage more interactions but something I would have never agreed to on sign up, again I found I was unable to delete my account and my only option was to say on my profile it was inactive,
I thought that was the end of it after contacting my bank to cancel my payment subscription until this morning I received a threatening email from Be2 informing me to pay or my account will go to collection agency.
This is not a site that you can leave without a high subscription and I'd advice anyone to avoid

This is the 2nd email I've received
On 01/03/2022, we sent you a reminder regarding the payment for the above subscription. However, we have not received your payment.

On the 02/02/2022 your 1 month Premium Membership subscription, purchased on the 01/01/2022 using the email on .be2.ie was automatically renewed.

This renewal was made according to our Terms and Conditions, which you confirmed having read and accepted.

Product purchased:1 month Premium Membership
Method of payment: CreditCard VISA

We are unable to debit the subscription fee.

You are required to pay the overdue subscription fee of EUR 49.99 plus the handling fees of EUR 11.00.

The total amount now due is EUR 60.99.

Pay now

To stop the automated collection process you must pay the amount in full before the deadline below. If you do not pay the outstanding amount in full or you exceed the payment deadline, we will pass your case to an external debt collection agency. This would, unfortunately, lead to further costs and these would be passed on to you.

As I have previously said I did sign up, I paid the subscription at sign up on the offer at the time, 2 days later I contacted support to close my account, after much over and back I contacted my bank to stop any payments and informed Be2 of this with my email request to close or delete my account.

Again, I repeat, do not sign up to this website, they are so desperate for money they send random mails to other users to encourage men to pay to read these random messages that women wouldn't send and my copied email shows the response from be2

I've sent unsubscription notest to them 3 weeks ago and still e49 was taking out of my account this morning 😞can someone advise me how to stop this how to get my money back!!! Scammers stay sway. Do not give them your details

After complaining and requesting for my termination request to be honoured

They now threatening to hand me over to a debt collection agency. Lmfao. Stay away from these people they scammers once they get your info they relentless they won't stop trying to get more money from you even if you follow their cancellation process they ignore it.

Poor or non existing Customer service

From reading the reviews and due to technical reasons not been able to join as a premium member I feel lucky. Despite emailing customer service for assistance my premium application keeps being declined. Perhaps there is a warning there! I have to concur with other contributors re customer service. Its non existent! Cant imagine what it be like if I was trying to cancel membership

Poor communication and customer service…

I received a letter from debt collector agency ( media Finanz Germany) that I owe your company for not paying the July 27 2021 membership fee. In my bank records there was a payment done on July 28, 2021 amounting NZD 119.80. However,
I sent an email to your customer service twice to cancel my account for the next succeeding month but I never received a response from them.
So frustrating that after several months, I never heared anything from your company,
I will received this kind of email.

Absolutely the worst experience

Absolutely the worst experience. I tried cancelling my account multiple times and the site wouldn't let me. I also see that they've charged my credit card for 100 US dollars. They are THIEFS!! Stay away. Now I need to deal with banks to get my money back. UGH!

Be aware

This site and their customer service is poor and scam. Several times I tried to cancel my 1 month membership, and they don't reply, every next month trying to rake money from my account, I've sent them proof that it's payed and I want to cancel and delete my profile and nothing. Stay away from them!
