Disappointing Experience — More Upselling Than Practical AI Training

I purchased the Be10X live workshop for ₹9 on 11 October 2026, expecting a valuable three-hour learning experience that would help me understand and practically use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other popular AI applications.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Out of the advertised three-hour session, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes was spent demonstrating only 3–4 free AI tools, while much of the remaining time was devoted to promoting and upselling a separate course priced at ₹27,000.

My main concern is the gap between my expectations and the actual experience. I joined to learn useful AI skills through practical demonstrations and training, not to spend a substantial portion of the workshop listening to a high-priced course sales pitch.

If the primary objective was to sell a ₹27,000 course, I would have appreciated a much clearer explanation of the workshop's actual training content and the distinction between the introductory session and the advanced course before purchasing.

I might have considered a ₹27,000 course if its value, curriculum, and benefits had been presented transparently from the beginning. However, using a low-cost introductory workshop that creates expectations of substantial AI training and then devoting so much time to upselling left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.

My recommendation: Before purchasing a Be10X workshop, carefully evaluate what practical training is actually included and be prepared for a possible upselling presentation.

For me, this was not the educational experience I expected. I wanted hands-on AI learning, not a sales presentation. I hope Be10X improves its transparency and delivers more practical training in the time advertised.

**Very Disappointing Experience with BE10X!**

BE10X promised me a 100% refund anytime if I wasn't satisfied, saying, “Just try it, we have a no-questions-asked refund policy.” I was also given assurances regarding extra credit card charges.

But after making the payment, the experience has been completely different. Despite several calls, I am still waiting for my refund. I haven't even attended a single class, yet nobody seems genuinely interested in resolving my issue.

**Making promises to sell a product is easy; keeping them shows a company's integrity.**

I feel misled and extremely disappointed. If BE10X doesn't honour its refund commitment, I will take appropriate legal action and share my experience across social media platforms so others can make an informed decision.

**BE10X, please stop making me chase you and honour the promise you made before taking my money.**

Mindblowing Experience to learn more AI tools.

seminar was good it provided insight about current market problem and its solutions.

We learn in this workshop about how AI workflows work for productivity, creativity, earning, etc apart from daily use also we able to do task easily in less time. Now the workshop has an amazing and detailed explanation of the workflow.

Misleading course & false refund promise

I had enrolled for this course in Mar 26 they informed during enrollment refund within 4 months if the course is not for me. Was informed will help HR professional for which I enrolled being an HR professional. There was 4 days financial freedom session by Spring Pad that is also misleading they fooled there too. Was difficult to get my refund through springpad. Got my course reactivated in Jul 26 which was paused due to spring pad course. But what was promised was not getting taught. The trainers are not professionals as do not have proper training framework. Where promised reputed trainers from all over the world but they are just some pro trainers in their filed who cannot teach. Non of the sessions relate to my day to day work at my office as an HR.I have been requesting refund since the 2nd month of the program which I was promised at the time of enrollment. Falsely got me enrolled to the program. Today Friday 11th Oct I attended their session paying Rs 9 which was supposed to be for HR professionals with the below agenda:

* Using AI to enhance your HR expertise and explore new side-income opportunities.
* Leveraging AI for recruitment, content, training, and HR services to create additional earning possibilities & much more.

But again it was falsely pitched with Rs.9 everything was shown but not what was committed for HR professional.

I have done numerous calls to the support team also written email requesting refund for my course as I am paying EMI for a course which is misleading and not meant for my purpose. Very poor & adamant customer care service. They keep repeating that they do not have refund policy. Urge people not to fall prey to this course it looks lucrative, but they are misleading. Do not recommend this course to anyone due to all false commitment by this brand.

It was a great session but still i would like learn about how can i create such ai tools for free without paying for any subscription or get credits which could help me generate minimum 10-15 videos from higgisfield or some other platforms for side income .Also i would love to know how can i use ai tools to build and learn robotics simulations for testing and reviewing robotics movements and environmental interaction. As a data science student i am working on a humaniod robot project so if any help I could get it would mean a lot.

The be10x workshop was truly amazing and worth attending... I learned so many new things and gained lot of valuable knowledge. I'm really glad I decided to be a part of this workshop,and I hope this turns out to be one of the best decision I've made for my growth. I'm excited to apply everything I've learned and see the results. Thank you, be10x for such a wonderful learning experience.....

The workshop covers the basics of AI, and its tools for different purposes. It helps understand the AI Prompt and its importance. Gave some knowledge about different tools.
Hope to learn in depth in the registered session.

This company is doing well in AI Learning Programmes

I learnt few AI tools and saw how AI is changing the job and business landscape. It was interesting and helpful. But I would suggest,please decrease the time in 2 slots,it becomes heavy after 1 and a half hour.
