It started out okay, but...
It started out well - but after 18 months as an Agency plan customer, I can safely say I won't be renewing my license when it expires! Their plugins are constantly breaking, and the service is next to non-existent.
Horrible experience trying to get them to fix anything - I usually end up paying a freelancer to put things right, as no one ever responds from their Chat support team.

Helpful and responsive team
I wanted something slightly different to the preset options available for the timeline widget: no icons, just small circles. The team wrote custom CSS to enable me to correct an alignment issue that popped up. I haven't tried every widget in the pack as there are so many, it would take a while!
