They do not give you the money if you win
I am waiting for 1 month to get my money out of here and they are just giving another date every time.
I am verified, and I did not abuse any of their terms, yet they refuse to send my money.

Dear Toma,
We see this is still being handled, and all the information has been provided via the necessary communication channels. As previously informed, the refund has already been initiated, and the time given for you to receive it has not yet passed.
We understand that this situation can be frustrating, but we kindly ask that you refrain from posting multiple negative reviews. It’s important to give the process the time it requires and respect the guidelines of the platform.

Hi Michael,
Please note that we would need your contact details—specifically the email linked to your account—so we can look into your case properly.
From your comment, it seems that you may have missed out on a promotion. Kindly keep in mind that it’s important to carefully review the terms and conditions of each offer. These usually include requirements such as a minimum deposit within a specific time frame, and many promotions do expire if not used in time.
We truly appreciate your feedback. If you’d like to discuss this further, feel free to email us with the subject "Trustpilot" and include more details—such as the date it was offered, the name of the promotion, or even a screenshot if possible.
Best regards,
Bdmbet Team
