We have been trying since February 2024 that the Business Data Registry (bdr org uk) includes our company in their register - but to no avail. They don't answer our emails, and our company is just not on their list, even though a company registered at Companies House UK! Very frustrating.
They've completely ruined and are ignoring the issues on the UK Business Forums, which they own. Just look at its own reviews. Horrendous.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're not happy with the new UKBF site we launched in December and I'm sorry that you feel we're ignoring the site.
We currently have a number of our team dedicated to pushing the platform to be the best it can be and this includes sitting down with notable members of the community monthly to discuss what they'd like to see, sending out feedback surveys to new users and operating an open feedback section on the site.
