Same issue as others are complaining…

Same issue as others are complaining about. Accidentally used an old address and then tried to fix it immediately but they say they can't do anything at all to fix the situation. They told me to reroute the package with UPS, but exactly how am I supposed to get a package rerouted with my UPS account it it's being sent to an old address? You can only reroute the package if it's going to your actual address you have verified with UPS. I'm interested to see what happens once it gets marked undeliverable.

Awful

Awful, placed my order and as soon I got confirmation I realized I had the wrong address and now they won’t edit the address and are continuing to ship my package to the wrong address.

Update: Not one email response explained that I could even redirect the package via UPS. Supports only response was sales are final and no edits could be made and on their policy page is states that if I want to edit shipping address email customer support and when I did was told “nothing can be done. Case is now closed” -Jordan customer support

Update: That information was never provided in the emails I was responding to and exactly what I was asking for. The link doesn’t work here. If that link could be provided via email that would actually show some consideration. It’s ironic I’m getting more information after posting a review about my experience.

Slow process order

You have to be super patient about the orders that you made at any time, they may ship it out in around 3-5 days and it takes additional time for it to deliver to you. The shipping cost is around 16-20.

Please don’t order anything from bodega

They advertised 2-3 day delivery but took 3 weeks then sent me a pair of socks and a tee instead of the $800 jacket I ordered! Do not recommend using this site to order anything

Item disappeared during checkout

I placed an order for the much hyped 'Nike Dunk Lows SYRACUSE special edition' shoes on release day. I managed to secure a pair of size 10s before they sold out in seconds, and I was put in a checkout queue due to the high volume of traffic. I was told not to refresh the page or otherwise I'd lose my place and my item. I followed all the instructions, eventually filled in my details and submitted my payment, only to be put into another processing queue, after which I was taken to a page which said "Your shopping cart is empty". No confirmation of purchase, nothing. It never went through and my item was lost.

Unsurprisingly, the customer service was unhelpful. You just have to look at some of the replies here to understand how useless and condescending they are. Wouldn't recommend this website at all.

Worst customer experience I ever had

Worst customer experience I ever had.
- super expensive delivery fees.
- takes at least 10 days to send the order.
- cancelled half the order.
- don’t refund the delivery fees on cancelled items.

I tried discussing this matter with the support, they think they’re too cool to be helpful.

Life is too short to spend it dealing with Bodega cool kids.

Seriously some of the slowest/worst shipping and service i’ve ever had shopping online. Took over 10 days just to ship with no updates until i wrote an email threatening a chargeback. Choose any other retailer over Bodega, not worth your time or money!

Absolutely horrible shopping experience…

Absolutely horrible shopping experience with bodega store. I dont usually write negative feedback or complain online but bodega made me waited for about 3 weeks to ship domestically. If u dont mind waiting for 3-4 weeks then ok. I have to send them multiple emails till the extent I thought probably they can cancel my order so i can buy from somewhere else. I was trying to be polite and well mannered with my words yet ended up giving me the same reasons like the shipment delayed due to high volume of incoming orders. Horrible shopping experience, will never patronise this shop again!!!
