Just completed our remortgaging with BCM and they’ve helped us secure a five year fix with additional funds for development using an offset saving account saving £££s in interest payments. Due to our credit scores, we were unsure of our ability to get a mortgage, after speaking to other companies and not hearing back due to our circumstances we were close to giving up. After a recommendation I gave BCM a call and from the start it was really positive experience. We were given great realistic advice and taken seriously in our application which meant a lot. We worked closely together on the whole process and feel we developed a real close relationship with Ollie and Vicky who were both very approachable very personable. Before I was even able to secure a mortgage appointment with Barclays the BCM Team had processed my application and got me an offer on the table – I still have a week to go before my scheduled Barclays appointment for an initial assessment!
