Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to ensure my item arrived today ready for my daughter’s arrival home. Original item ordered was lost by delivery company so BC Gels arranged for a new item to be sent express delivery with a few little samples popped in the package as well. The product came in a damaged box and I wanted to return it as it was bought as a gift, it states on their website to make contact within 72hours i did so and done multiple times since and have had no reply, it’s like daylight robbery…. SHOCKING !!

BC Gels deserve a 5 *. I bought CND Shellac colours and they are all the genuine article, (many fakes out there), swift delivery and great customer service, all at a very reasonable price. Would absolutely use this firm again.

Poor experience
I ordered 2 colour wow identical products, I have opened and used 1 but I am really not happy with the quality. I have asked via email about returning and been told that I cannot.
This is poor service with £40 worth of products that are unusable.

Due to hygiene reasons, goods sold are not exchangeable. It's the same if you purchased something personal in a store, you can't return if was used or opened. We said you can return the one not opened or used. If you like to try some product why did you purchased 2 bottles instead of one. You can still return the unused product back to us. But the opened and used product we can't accept as we can't sell to another customers.

My parcel unfortunately went missing (it happens - not the company’s fault) but BC GELS were great, they were quick to respond to my email and re-sent my order in no time at all. Would definitely order from again without hesitation.
