They will not return a product unused with receipt that tasted like garbage. The Penticton shop has a very rude manger as well!

Not going to lie it's a truth in reconciliation day and it was pretty sad seeing a branch not caring for it or kind of aggravated of the day like it's a day that was created for the survivors of residential schools like it was very upsetting because my family had to survived everything so I could be here this is my experience

Everything they have on sale isn't available in their stores.If you ask for a reasonably priced product, they will literally offer you a product twice of anything that they have at a reasonable price.

I didn't know how there was a difference of 1/4 or 1/8 of weed. I just bought what appealed to me. When I was in the store a few days ago, the lady at the counter was very helpful. Told me what flavor was what and how much % of weed was the highest and where it was grown. I love shopping at this store.

Went to the Scottsdale mall location in Delta. The store was disorganized, half the stock is out has been for a week. They are too lazy to update their site or even the display in the store. It's been days. They seem to have the time to talk. Maybe update the status in the store of what you are out of, instead of making people stand in the line for your lazy ass to tell them you are out of that product. Lazy government workers.

Cost compatible, as most that charge a bit cheaper also sell smaller quantities, ie: BC CANNABIS 1g, vs other places .5g for $5 less.
