Avoid at All Costs – Misleading and Intimidating Conduct
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. Goods were handed over for shipment and I was explicitly told they had been dispatched. After following up, it became clear this was not the case and the items had never left their premises.
When this was raised, the response was not professional or constructive. Instead, it became confrontational and included inappropriate language. Rather than taking responsibility, they refused to complete the agreed service and attempted to shift blame.
The overall experience was misleading, intimidating and deeply unprofessional. It caused unnecessary delay, additional expense and considerable stress. I would not trust this business with important or valuable items and recommend using a reputable alternative.
