Nothing was too much trouble for BCA. The day I enquired about a survey, Customer Service got back to me and said "we have someone in Telford today, they'll pop round". The chap who did the survey was very polite and professional. Results of survey for asbestos were back inside a week.

I initially contacted the company to enquire about removing something that I wasn’t sure was even actually there. Communications were excellent from start to finish, replying promptly and keeping me updated when Ryan was running slightly late due to traffic. He assessed the situation and some samples were taken off for testing. Having the asbestos removed was equally as smooth, I believe it was Matt who arrived to remove it and did so with with little fuss and no mess, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. I shall be using them again should the need arise.

Very professional, very efficient, very hardworking. From start when sample was removed for analysis to when the asbestos was removed the team were very good. Would recommend them.
