I had a very negative experience using BC.Game and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

First, I faced repeated issues with deposits. On multiple occasions, money was successfully debited from my bank account but never reflected in my BC.Game balance. This did not happen just once, which makes it highly concerning. Despite contacting support and providing transaction details, the issues were not resolved satisfactorily.

Second, their support system is extremely poor. In several instances, I either received delayed responses or no meaningful response at all, especially regarding financial issues. This lack of accountability makes the situation even worse.

Third, their “cashback” system feels misleading. Most of the time, the cashback is given as bonus money that cannot be easily withdrawn and comes with restrictive conditions, making it practically useless. Even when cashback is credited as real money, the amount is extremely small compared to losses.

Lastly, I noticed a concerning pattern while playing. When placing smaller bets, results appeared normal and instant. However, when placing larger bets (₹1000+), there was consistently a delay in the result, and outcomes seemed significantly less favorable. While I cannot definitively prove manipulation, this pattern was frequent enough to raise serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

Overall, I ended up losing a significant amount of money (over ₹1 lakh), and the experience has raised doubts about the platform’s reliability, especially regarding deposits, support, rewards, and high-value bets.

On 3rd April at 8:57 AM, I deposited ₹10,000 through Paytm. The merchant name was Muneeb Ahmad Naikoo. However, the amount has still not been credited to my BC.Game account.

date 20-21/3/2026 I participated in a Micro Gaming event and ranked in the top 20 in the second round. Then the game went down for maintenance, and today, when I checked the Micro Gaming page on the BC platform, it was gone. The event was also removed on the day it was held up. What about the prizes I should have received? I contacted EthanZh privately via Telegram a week ago, but he hasn't responded or even read my messages. How will I be compensated, and will I ever get a response? He didn't notify me at all when the event was removed

You Forced me to step in into this case

I would like to step in regarding this case as I am the sender of the funds in question.

I am the account holder who transferred approximately 3757 XLM on 07/06/2023 at around 13:00 (platform time) to the user “Ajeet basoya” via the internal tipping system on BC.GAME.

This was a direct user-to-user transfer from my account.

I request the BC.GAME team to verify this transaction from their internal records using my account UID and the timestamp provided.

I am willing to cooperate and provide my UID( Uid :- 14948928) and any additional verification required to confirm that this transfer was legitimately made from my account.

If your system is currently unable to locate this transaction, I request a deeper technical review of historical transaction logs, as this transfer did occur and can be verified from the sender side as well.

This is not related to any bonus activity from my side, and I request a fair and accurate review based on actual transaction data.

I hope the team will take this into consideration and investigate the matter properly.
