Warning! If you sent BTC to your BCvault, you just feed the BTC-„Bounty“, „for the one who can break the BCVault encryption“. But in reality you will never see your BTC again, so don’t buy it!
That way I lost 650 EUR.
The lost BTC you can follow by paste the usted BCVault address on mempool.space and wave goodbye!

With Bounty wallet it is marked numerous times, you should NOT SEND money to this wallet. Even if you try to copy/paste address you will get "DO NOT SEND TO THIS ADDRESS".
There is absolutely nothing wrong in this case, you completely misunderstood the meaning of the bounty wallet.
If you still somehow persisted (like manually typed the address of the wallet...) and sent BTC to this wallet please contact our support and they will help you out.
Please reconsider your rating as this is not our fault/issue in any way and we will help you with recovery of your funds.

we are sorry you had an issue, but we could not find any records of you contacting our support. With crypto all the information is pertained on the blockchain of course, so without network connection, you will not see correct data (as it has to be received from the blockchain).
In cases of such issues (on either side) we always display connection issues in the client!

My package arrived opened.
My package arrived opened. There was a hole torn open on the inside of the clear front of the dhl plastic sleeve, one of the holograms on the box had been tampered with and the cellophane was damaged. I wrote them explaing the situation and sending pics and they sent out a new one with no hassle. Will setting it up tomorrow.i would definitely recommend this wallet to friends and family, customer service is great as they took care of my issue of someone seemingly trying to get into my package before I recieved it. Buy one, you will not be sorry!

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry for the inconvenience, customs probably had a look (sometimes they do). As noted, stay assured we have dispatched new device to you. Since BC Vault also DOES NOT come with any pre-generated wallets, you can always completely erase the device should you wish so. We also do not publish open source firmware just due to the fact, that in such case creating a "rouge" firmware would be much easier for someone. Firmware updates are also all certificate signed, so non-official firmware would be denied by the device anyhow!

BCVault will be my go to cold wallet. Easy to use and very secure. I like that you can reveal the raw keys in an emergency situation and easily transfer your assets to any wallet. The customer service is great!

This is my second BC Vault. I like the usability because it is bigger than other devices. The double security with the arrows also seems to be well solved. Furthermore, the separate memory card contributes to the security. During commissioning, the service was quick and helpful and there are many explanations, which are more precise in English.

Customer service is excellent. I accidentally slid my SD card into the device incorrectly and could not remove it. I was able to send it back to them to fix it and they shipped it back to me in Canada for free. Highly recommend BC Vault.

I received a faulty/broken unit
I received the unit yesterday but on unpacking the unit I heard a rattling sound inside the unit/wallet - thus I assume something is loose/broken in the unit and I can therefor not take a chance to transfer crypto to the wallet. It is hugely frustrating as I am way overdue to get my crypto of the exchanges. With the research I have done I thought it would be robust but it seems that it is not. And it is not cheap either.
