Good and easy to use device
As of today I'm satisfied of my purchase. It's easy to use and have the option to create multiple wallets for the same crypto and every wallet can be locked with a global pin and a wallet password. A family can use a same device having it multiple wallets and a global password that can be shared to everyone who use every single wallet

thank you for your feedback. Yes, you are correct. Since each wallet can have separate password+pin (you can also leave them empty), this means that multiple people can share one device and still securely hold their own wallets!

Bulletproof wallet and great support
The BC Vault is a very robust hardware wallet I've been using for 3 years. Easy to set up, extremely secure and it offers security related guidance to users. I'd like to see some functionality of viewing wallet funds or even transactions via an app (as other devices offer) but the device and service is constantly updating so hopefully this will be coming soon. Highly recommend.

I have tracked my wallet transactions and have proof that this company is a scammer. Do not buy or use bc vault, if you transfer crypto you will never see them again. This is not a trustworthy company. Since I bought this wallet they have put restrictions on me to access my assets.

this is absolute fantasy. There are no restrictions or anything else that we could put on anything. Crypto wallets by design have no restrictions, whatever you are talking about is either completely made up or you do not know what you are talking about.
EDIT: Now we figured out you have actually forgotten your credentials for the device a long time ago and now you are leaving same negative review every couple of months. We told you numerous times already, that there is simply no way around correct passwords and pins as they are used for encryption. This is the sole purpose of a hardware wallet.
We can't help you with forgotten credentials, this one is on you.

Say Goodbye To Your Crypto with BC Vault
I wouldn't use this wallet again as a crypto novice or maybe period. Even though I never gave my sub wallet a password I keep getting password error messages when I try to withdrawal my crypto. Now I can't withdrawal my crypto. I went to reddit and quite a few other users are having the same problem. I regret using this thing.

it is not possible to create a wallet without confirming password and pin. That is simply not possible by design.
What happened is, that you might have used empty password/pin or maybe the same password/pin as the device password. Please try it out. Use "Verify Wallet" feature.
Also whenever you create a wallet you are strongly suggested by the software to verify your wallet access and confirm wallet password and pin!
There is simply no way around wrong passwords and pins as this is the main purpose of crypto wallets. To keep the private keys safe.

I have owned a BC Vault for a couple of years now, and not had any issues. Recently they released a software update that was not compatible with my Linux computer.
I contacted their support team via the website and received a very speedy reply, with an explanation and revised software, which solved my issue.
Overall BC Vault is a fantastic safe way to self custody your Crypto assets

Had a problem with my device and had to contact customer support. They were very helpful talking me through what to do. After they check my device it was found that it needed to be replaced and the support team were quick to get the new one to me in Australia fast. I cannot thank the BC Vault team enough for the service I received and how quickly they fixed my problem.

Beautiful product, Outstanding people.
The folks at BC Vault have received some hate recently (below) and I’d be interested in knowing what those people did (or didn’t) to solve their problem.
I had a major one (the display failed, my fault or not? 🤷♀️) and my interactions with them could not have been nicer. Not only did they fix the problem in the most comprehensive way possible (they replaced the device - in limited edition gunmetal!) but they empathised and assisted at every step. Their response times were acceptable (usually a couple of days) and they write coherent English. The device itself is a beautiful thing, but needs to be handled carefully.
After two nano’s crapped out the same way and having ledger tell me to jam it, BC’s attitude was an absolute revelation. Here is a company that cares about goodwill. Here is a company that wants its customers to have good experiences. And I have, absolutely.
I’m glad BC has pushed back on these attacks in the reviews, because my experience couldn’t have been more different.
If you’re inclined to give their device a try, I can confirm you’ll be supported as if you matter.
I couldn’t be happier.
(I’m a paying customer if BC Vault. I wrote this because they deserve it after the way they treated me).

Sometimes it can happen that a courier service looses a package, sometimes they can break something, customs, import regulations....and of course we can also have a bug with something. But we will ALWAYS try to do our best to help our user ASAP.
Sadly some users do not understand that and immediately choose to leave a bad review even before trying to contact our support. It happens to every single vendor our there and we are no exception.

A waste of money
At every access, it shows the application version/firmware needs to be updated, after updating, the same prompt persists. I haven't used the wallet, a complete waste of money.

this is not really a probem at all. It might be, you are simply installing new version to a new location and then always run old version of the application.
If you want to try to do it by yourself, simply uninstall existing application and install fresh version from the official web www.bc-vault.com.
Please rech out to our support and they will gladly assist you with any problems you might encounter. It might even be, that you have simply been 2 versions behind (that required intermediate update step) in firmware and it is perfectly fine, that you got two notifications for the update!
