This is a great resource to extend the life of your grill. Prices are reasonable and I received my parts quickly.

Prices were competitive. Parts were delivered on time. I also appreciate the fact that they inserted a card and a small gift in the package and thanked me for my business even though I didn't spend alot of money with them. That is in my opinion good business and goes a long way with customers. It is rare to see this in customer service today. Thanks for taking care of my needs.

This was a gift for my son and I thought it was supposed to be delivered last week but it was delivered to the wrong address. The homeowner called to ask if my son wanted to come get it because he was in a cast and could not do it. My son was ill for a week with the flu though and he could not go get it. It showed up yesterday (1/11/26) at my son’s but we do not know how it got there. Did the original recipient bring it over or did the shipper do it? Regardless, my son is very happy with the griddle and is looking forward to using it for years to come, so no complaints about the actual product.

When we went to pickup, was great experience, folks were very helpful and loaded the grill into our car, great service there. What could use some work was your customer service email, never received a response to online inquiry for details
