I live in Canada and bought from a Canadian company, but didn't know product ships from the States. It's been 10 days since it shipped and it still hasn't even made it out of the States yet (by tracking, I see it hasent even reached the border yet!).

UPDATE: Package has arrived. I've updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Customer service reached out to help. I still think it should be clearer that although it is a Canadian company, the products from the store ship from the States. Luckily I wasn't charged a duty going through customs. I hope in the future they also open a Canadian warehouse to ship out of. In terms of tracking, it still says my package is in NY...

Poor customer service

I was able to get something on my wishlist for a GREAT price thanks to a sale! The product itself is smaller than I expected, but that didn’t matter the first time I used it! My item also got to me quickly, so that’s a big plus as well!

First time ordering, and while I love the product, I'm not sure about the welcome message that was sent after I placed my order. There was a video from the owner, who appears to be a lovely person, but it seems like she's implying that the BBOutlet is for people with no money. It was a poorly worded message that felt judgmental, and a big turn off. Why are you making it sound like charity? Probably not going to order again, because that was super weird. I didn't even realize there were separate shops, so why does it sound like you think we're broke! I literally just clicked on an ad from your own website (regardless of the price point).

Also, for anyone who wants to order and be discreet, you should be aware that even though the item arrives in VERY discreet packaging, the photo(s) of the product(s) you ordered *WILL BE* included in the body of your email. Be mindful when opening their notifications in public spaces or around children, etc.

My order was delivered to the incorrect address, and I have yet to receive a response from customer service regarding my order.

Great customer service.

The polish works pretty well though it does get very warm almost hot when using it, I'm not sure if it's like that across the board or just with mine so it's something to look out for. It doesn't seem to heat up while charging so that's good!

I still love it and it's a good edition to my lil collection.

Shopping on BBoutique is very easy. The website is easy to use and visually appealing. The reviews from others are very helpful as well.

The description and video were clear, the item was reasonably priced, and the shipping was timely. After all that, I ended up with a quality product.

The vibe was so weak and did nothing…

The item I ordered was out of stock but they were super helpful when I emailed and asked about it. They sent me one as soon as possible which I appreciated. I only dropped a star because the item said it was in stock when I ordered.

Package had a 4-5 day shipping estimate at checkout. It took 5 days for the order to be fulfilled and then the tracking has stalled since. Now on day 10 since order.

I felt it was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Checkout process was easy as well.

It was a good experience I already recommend it to my bestie :D

I do wish there were better options with returns or refunds. Tbh I have seen a lot of bad reviews on other platforms but I didn't have a problem with the product or the delivery. Delivery is advertised as 1-4 days but it took over a week.
Prices are affordable and I liked how products are always marked down. I got the bunnyvibe as my 1st purchase. Its cute and powerful.

The prices are fair and affordable for me, and the products are very high quality. I always find what I'm looking for both me and my partner.
