Please be advised if you do not want to use this company any longer, you could:
- Leave the company inactive by not paying annual fee. The company will be Struck-off by Registry in due course. Because of missing action, the penalty will be piling up until the company has been removed totally from the Government's management system.
- Dissolve the company efficiently. Please note that your company must complete all obligations and there will be a fee to conduct.

In our experience, we always suggest clients close up the company legally. At this time, there is no specific act or sanction related to leaving the company inactive without needful action. However, we can not guarantee what will happen in the future if you leave the company inactive by not paying the annual fee.

Besides that, the invoice has been voided for not boring you any further.
