Patronising customer service - avoid!
Inquired about a house, instantly met with the stereotype used car sales / mobile phone sales attitude estate agents have a reputation for – not lacking here that is for sure.
From the off, the attitude was one of patronising, thumbing the nose and putting (the customer!) in their place. The arrogance was off the scale – how on earth the owners of the business feel this is the approach to build relationships with purchasers or a way to run a business I don’t know.
Agent was not helpful in the least, not able to answer questions and had a general can’t be bothered with you attitude. It was as if they got a kick out of being this way…
Will be avoiding Bonners like the plague and suggest anyone else does the same.
