Helpful and efficient to take charge of a vehicle, but surprised and disappointed that I was taking a risk in the event of a substantial compensation claim against me. Such a condition of potential damages is not made clear until taking delivery of a vehicle.

Great affordable car renting experience
The pick up from Perth Airport to No Birds (Kewdale) is easy. The car collection process was smooth and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The instructions and advice given were very clear. The Mitsubishi Outlander car is clean, new and fuel efficient. The car return was also smooth and efficient. The cost of the car rental with inclusion of damage waiver was attractive. The online car rental reservation is easy and we can customize our selection. I will rent with No Birds again when in Perth Australia😀.

Very efficient company
Very efficient process to book, collect and return the car. We also needed to extend our car hire twice, fantastic service and the hire was extended as we required on both occasions over the phone. Our car was clean and ran perfectly. Very happy customers.

The car was prebooked for the 29th May and when we went to pick the car up from Mascot Depot it was quick and easy and we got the car we requested. Staff also helped us connect our phone to the car GPS so we could navigate our way to the North Shore suburbs with ease.
