Transaction was smooth and fast. Cars are quite new and clean. Notice of tolls received very fast. Returning car also very fast with a separate department handling it. Pricing also very attractive.

Nice new clean car
Nice new clean car. Easy to book airport shuttle service from the airport and on the return after dropping off car. Recommend No Birds as prices are very competitive against other car rental businesses. Heaps cheaper.

The response from the administration staff was quite disappointing. I was overcharged, and although I emailed Customer Service twice to report the issue, I have not received any response at all.
