I contacted Bayminer and asked them about the comments on here, and this is what they wrote back to me.

A truly excellent company will inevitably attract malicious slander from some peers. If a user invests in our company and is defrauded of more than a penny, our company will provide a reward of US$10 million. This is our company's solemn commitment. Time can prove everything. It has been nine years since our company was established. This cannot be erased with a word. Thank you for your understanding.
So, once again who is right and who is wrong? I just want to make some honest money online.

Bayminer is a scam. After thousands of money I invested there, they blocked my withdrawal option and they said they will only allow me to withdraw my funds if I'll add 4,700 dollars more. Totally scam.

No pop-ups, no fake countdown timers, no “limited offer” spam. Thank you for that.

baaay minerrr is a total SCAM!!! I pity anyone that has invested in such a scam site. They attend to new users like they are professional but after you deposit and try to withdraw, then they'll reveal themselves to you. I almost fell for it. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I participated in the $15 free hash plan, 1 day for $0.6. I contactrd their customer service and ask questions if I can enroll and they said yes. Minimum withdrawal is $100. So I have to accumulate $0.6 to get to $100, then I can use the $100 to buy a $100 hash plan . I can then withdraw from the profit I made after purchasing the $100 plan.
I have been participating over 5 months now, getting close to hit the $100 target I stumbled on bad reviews about Bay Miner online, and I decided to contact customer service again just to affairm and for more guidance. The response I got from them left me feeling so bad. They said they dont like people like me, they want rich people and that I should stop using their site. I quickly did screenshot before they removed me from the chat. I still have the screen shot, and I can upload it if there's a provisional field for that here on Trustpilot.
Terrible and very disgusting. After all my effort and time, I was treated like that. No once deserves to be treated in such a way.

Imagines if I had deposited funds and when it's time for me to withdraw, they will start giving silly excuses.as they have been doing to others.

A total scam company. Stay away from it.
Lost all my deposit, even ask to close my account only have initial money back,
They still ask to deposit more money.

No Connection between Bodium Capital and Bayminer confirmed from officers of Bodium Capital.

Neither Bayminer or Bodium Capital have FCA licence confirmed by FCA in writing.

Bayminer flag me for defamatory content when I have everything on paper proven. Bayminer cant send me any proof that this findings are incorrect as it's send from FCA and owners of Bodium Capital. No Insurance cover can be proven from Bayminer.

Avoid these guys as is total scam. They do not let me withdraw my funds unless I put in more money. Why would you do that if they will block that as well. Avoid...

I have a verified account with Bay Miner. I do not send money because they do not have a phone. There is no one to call. Why would anyone send their money to a financial company that does not have a phone?

Stay away from Bay Miner. It is the same company as Blue Stone Mining. Many people lost huge amounts of money from trusting Blue Stone. We are still hunting for these folks. Bay Miner will be talk too face to face very shortly. We think its the same people. As the website is exactly the same as Blue Stone. DO NOT put a Penny into this scam!!!!

This is a scam from what I have seen and from what research I have done the directory on Google to the address on there app has no office for bayminer just look it up of course they flag it to try and keep it off of the site

Bayminer is running what is known as a pig butchering scam. They entice you to invest money. They will even pay you small amounts. Eventually they will come up with fake contract rules claiming your account is in default. They will then ask you to deposit more money to remove the default. You will never see that money again! Do not fall for this Scam!

All of these passive income Cloud Mining deals are a scam called Pig Butchering. Scroll down the reviews you will see the victims. They lure you in with small contracts to get your confidence and then as you move up they freeze your account and try to extort you to buy several more to get your money released. They use fake UK addresses, they are from Asia, they use fake reviewers, they all use the same web format even under different names.

BayMiner lures you into bigger investments and then produces errors in your account. To remedy these errors requires additional funds from you even when it was their system that made the error. They simply repeat an unworkable solution

They cannot answer how many miners you will get for the period on the contract or the hashrate either. They also informed me that payout figures are not affected by fluctuation in bitcoin prices LOL when asked how is that possible if im purchasing a contract that mines bitcoin they just replied with you will get paid the amount on the contract no matter what happens with bitcoin prices even if bitcoin went to $0 lololol

They deactivated the withdrawal option there is no customer service …. They blocked your deposit….
