What truly sets Baxter Clewis Training Academy apart from other tech training courses is the level of support provided. Although it is self-paced training, the success coaches are knowledgeable and very approachable. They are always willing to clarify areas that maybe challenging and provide extra guidance. They prey on individuals desire to grow in their career by making bogus claims of six figure incomes. They will take your $15K and never look back. You will get to the end of the program with absolutely nothing to show for. There’s no reverse application process and the refund policy isn’t helpful being that you don’t realize the program is a sham until it’s too late. Do NOT trust Boyd or any of his greedy cronies.
Any positive reviews you see anywhere are a part of his game to make you think it’s a legit experience; it’s absolutely not.

I am about 3/4th through the training…
I am about 3/4th through the training and the material while tough is very interesting. I have been in IT for 10 years and wanted a pivot into cybersecurity. The staff, including my success advisor Janelle are great. In addition, there is a lot of material provided in recorded zoom calls with the staff and students. This will help users who may have questions regarding certain PCI DSS requirements more clarity. As far as the platform is concerned, it is structured in a way that you must complete the previous video or assessment in order to proceed. This prevents students from skipping over lessons and not learning the material. You can join study groups with other students and they are all helpful. If you are looking to get into cybersecurity, take this course into consideration.

My experience
I just finished my Midterm and am now enrolled in the Junior program. The material can be intimidating but Boyd simplifies and explains it for you to understand. There are coaches and personnel available to answer your questions and go over the requirements with you in case you are stuck. Will and Janelle are there to motivate you all the way.

Man this program is awesome even though my tech career is just beginning this program makes me feel confident even where im at now. This program is a hidden gem
This program is a hidden gem. It gave me years of experience back that I thought was lost. It helped prepare me for operating at a much higher level in the tech field, that I thought was going to take many years to achieve. I doubled my salary within a year using skills and experience from the program and community. There is "The program" which is dedicated to teaching you all the ins and outs of the PCI DSS framework. Then there is everything else. The everything else is where the magic actually happens and where you grow professionally.
As a disclaimer, this program is not going to just set you up with a 6-figure job. Anyone operating under that assumption is going to be disappointed. It is going to lay the foundation for how to build yourself into a high-level IT professional. How to start building a personal brand and market that. They are not going to do the groundwork for you. Your success and failure within the program and where it takes you is entirely up to you.

The internship is FIRE 🔥 working on a live engagements with fortune 500 companies! You may not get certs in this program, but what you do get is lifelong skills and EXPERIENCE!! This program is a life changer! Prior to joining the program, all of my professional experience was in sales and customer service. I joined the program in January after learning there was an opportunity for professionals without IT experience to learn valuable skills that could advanced their career. That is exactly what happened! With the program being self-paced, I could complete the modules on my own schedule. It not only teaches you a unique skill set, but a major portion of the curriculum was devoted to making sure you adopted the correct mindset to obtain a six-figure role in Cybersecurity. I love the support system of success coaches, teammates, the internship program, and the interview prep resources. By the time I completed the program, recruiters were reaching out on a daily basis.
