Bawas was established as a Leeds based family business in 2013. We have been supplying healthcare products and services to various sectors since. During the initial phases of COVID, we were asked by our local councils, NHS and business to supply much needed personal protective equipment (PPE). We are proud to say that we supplied over 5 million items to our much-valued customers over this difficult time. Our loyal customer base has continued to grow and we have recently moved to a much larger warehouse allowing us to stock over 2000 of our most commonly purchased products for next day delivery. We realised, during the pandemic, that there was a huge unmet need for customers requiring lip-reading masks. We set about designing, manufacturing, testing and bring our “Bawa Mask” to market. This is soon to be launched in the UK after unparalleled success with our independent testing companies.

Highly recommend

As a Grounds maintenance business i require ppe at all times for the majority of my work, in which i order from Bawas regularly, and i can confirm the postage is usually within a couple of days, when i need it quicker i request next day and it arrives next day. The quality of the gear that arrives is good and definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend and will be using from now on.

Ordered off them B4 and been ok but…

Ordered off them B4 and been ok but this time DPD messed delivery up and ask them what they wanted to do with the delivery so it was sent back and a guy called Dan signed for it but I've emailed and rang constantly with no joy I think.shame as first was ok

Avoid at all cost

Dreadful service.sent damaged goods inadequately packed so they were crushed .
Sent 3 emails no response rang them got an answerphone left message no response.
Avoid at all cost.

No access to speak to someone customer service poor

No idea when delivery was coming and ordered express delivery.
Delivery came courier put in next door neighbours garden (they are on holiday) so package is wet from the rain.
Left numerous messages - email, voicemails as no answer on their customer phone line.
Medical face masks ordered urgently destroyed in the rain.
Shameful and no response or refund.
Waste of money.
Please avoid and try larger companies with good customer service/access to humans on the phone at the very least!

Multiple Wrong items delivered in a large order. After numerous attempts to contact via phone and email to resolve the issue nobody has ever got back to me. I wanted to exchange for the correct items, or return if they’re out of stock. Neither seems possible, zero customer service. Avoid.

Please aware this company

I am not recommend to everyone to order from this company. They send me what stock they have. The disposable gloves very short date expired in August 2024 and also the brand was not I ordered they sent you the items clear their stock. I ordered glove in blue colour they sent me all in white colour. Send them email no response at all. Customer service very bad.

A positive review for Bawas!

After reading some of the negative reviews on Bawas, I thought I would give them one of my own.
I'm very pleased to say that I have just had a very positive experience with Bawas.
Email correspondence prior to my order was outstanding and I then received my order within 2 days without any problem.
I have no complaints and will be using them again in the future as the need arises

I placed two separate orders for FFP3…

I placed two separate orders for FFP3 masks. The first batch of masks had expired 3mths prior. I emailed them and customer service apologised and returned the money. Placed a second order and again, the masks had already expired a mth prior. Customer service didn't reply this time. But lucky for me i got my money back.

We placed our order #8328293326 with express delivery and we paid £9.95 , we placed order on 26/09/2023 and so many times i sent an email to know delivery status but still i did not received correct tracking details and this delivery should come next day delivery. that's why we paid high delivery charges otherwise we can pay £4 or £5 for delivery in 4 days.

Fantastic service from the team at Bawas!!

We use Bawas all the time and have done so for many months. Great competitive prices, timely deliveries and good quality products. They have a good range of PPE. Highly recommend!
