I’ve been using Bavlio and have been…

I’ve been using Bavlio and have been really impressed with how much it simplifies the sales outreach process. The AI research and personalized messaging save a lot of time, and I particularly like that the outreach feels more relevant instead of like a generic mass email.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I ordered the Home gym band set - strangely nmes Mr Gorilla - but the price seemed good on TIk Tok. It arrived in just over a week with no handles! With no handles you cant do any upper body work. Customer services took forever to come back and only did when I threatened to contact my card issuer to obtain a refund. Heard nothing then was advised that they are sending a whole new set.... that's great but will it have handles? or will there be bits missing that I will have to use from the first set. this set has taken over a week to arrive and the last update was that it left the airport in China two days ago! Avoid this company

Hi Sean, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we are sorry about your experience. We believe this review was intended for a different company: an online store that sold fitness equipment under a similar name. Bavlio (bavlio.com) is a software company founded in 2026 that builds AI sales outreach tools; we have never sold physical products. We have reported this to Trustpilot for reassignment. If we can help clarify anything, reach us at adam@bavlio.com.
