Online order cancelled, no explanation, sluggish support
Online order was partially cancelled with no reason, and then I was charged delivery cost on the remaining items (delivery was supposed to be for free).
Customer service is impossible to reach by telephone.
Update: at the end they responded via email and refunded delivery costs. Still, I only received half of the items as they say the others are unavailable. In the meanwhile, the same items continue appearing as available on their website
