Ich hatte einen Geberit Delta…

Ich hatte einen Geberit Delta Spülkasten bestellt.
Lieferung kam beschädigt an, der Halter von dem Füllventil war abgebrochen und Sie schickten mir einen falschen und sagen jedoch das es passen würde.
Also da rennt man lang hinterher und der Spükasten funktioniert so nicht, super.
Also bestellt da lieber nix ! Auf Telefonat reagiert keiner, soll man über Email machen und kommt lang keine Antwort.
Schlechter Service !

Keine Bestellkorrektur möglich

Währen der Bestellung scheint irgendwie ein Produkt aus dem Wahrenkorb gefallen zu sein.
Das zu korrigieren war angeblich nicht mehr möglich.
Somit durfte ich zwei Mal Versandkosten zahlen.
Das war nicht sonderlich kundenorientiert.
Schade ☹️

Emand muss sich melden.

Die Lieferung dauerte 10 Tage, obwohl bei der Bestellung 3 bis 7 Tage angegeben waren. Ich habe keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Daher kann ich dieses Unternehmen nicht weiter empfehlen.
