Company sent faulty falcata that looks nothing like picture. Asked for a replacement and they somehow sent a worse version it. Have been trying to get a refund for three months now and they just keep making excuses as to why they haven’t done it. Highly untrustworthy and bad products. DO NOT BUY
Ordered with a delivery date of Wednesday the 17th by Friday I still had no tracking information so I emailed them and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to make them and I told them I wanted a refund or a call to discuss the other options and then I was blocked from communication and sent a fake usps tracking number and email that said they were shipped already but usps says it isnt a real tracking number

Awful experience. Nice website. Ordered a custom sword for my son two months before Christmas. I checked in every two weeks at first and was told it was in production. December hit and asked if this was being shipped soon. Told it was. One week before Christmas I asked what was going on. Was told due to supply chain issues, it was unknown WHEN the sword would be made. How can it be in production when it’s not? They offered an instock sword instead and would be here by Christmas. Guess what, Christmas is two days and it won’t be here. Ruining my son’s Christmas. If only they were honest and had some shred of decency to tell me initially it wouldn’t be here I. Time I could have found another alternative. Will never do business here. Never again.

I’m a returning customer and they have gone above and beyond to make me happy it started with a 20% off coupon that wouldn’t work contacted them and they returned emails all within 30 minutes we tried everything to make it work and my wife accidentally bought it when she was supposed to try the coupon that didn’t work anyway I contacted again and they immediately refunded the 20% without any hassle very polite and great products thank you again Brian
